For Parents

The school aims at making children well disciplined, good mannered, cooperative, obedient, dutiful, patriotic, punctual, secular, sincere, regular, respectful and responsible. The parents are expected to share their part with us to inculcate these supreme qualities in the children who are the future architects of the nation.

  1. No student is allowed to come to school by motorcycle or by any two-wheeler without valid driving licence and helmet being used during driving. Safety of life rhymes supreme.
  2. See that your child is in complete neat and tidy uniform and reaches the school well in time.
  3. Once the child comes to the school, he/she will not be allowed to leave before the school gets over. Hence requests for half-day leave, short leave, etc. will not be entertained.

Please Note

  1. Parents/Guardians/Tutors/Visitors are not allowed to enter the class and meet the students. Special permission has to be taken to meet the teacher or students during school hours from the principal.
  2. Latecomers will not be admitted to class without the principal's permission.
  3. No leave of absence is granted except on previous written application, from parents and that only for serious reasons. The mere sending of an application to the principal is not sufficient for leave to be sanctioned.
  4. Pupils are not allowed to leave the school during recess or during the school hours.
  5. If a student continues to be absent for 10 days without the previous written permission of the principal of the school, his/her name will be struck of the school rolls and in case of his/her rejoining, the admission fee will be charged as per school rules. The school authorities may excuse their right of not re-admitting any student who fails to return in time.
  6. Students whose attendance falls short of 90% of the total working days will not be permitted to appear in the exams.
  7. The school authorities are not responsible for the student's loss of money, books, articles and clothing etc. The students are expected to look after their belongings carefully.
  8. A month's notice in writing is required before a pupil is withdrawn. In lieu of such notice, additional one month fees will be charged. No pass certificate will be issued to any student who leaves the institution before the end of the session.
  9. The date of birth of a student once entered will not be changed.
  10. The name and age of the student will be accepted as mentioned in the transfer certificate issued from his/her previous school and no alterations will be made thereafter.
  11. It is compulsory for the students to appear in all monthly and weekly tests. Students absent from any examination for any reason will not be re-examined.
  12. A failed student will not be reconsidered for promotion under any circumstances.
  13. Fees are charged for twelve months of the year. The fees for the term must be paid in full even if the pupil leaves before the term is over.
  14. If the fees are not cleared in time, the student's name will be struck off the rolls.
  15. Children whose school fees fall into arrears are liable to be debarred from appearing in the annual exams. Neither the reports nor transfer certificate will be issued till all accounts are fully settled.
  16. Parents are expected to cooperate with the school authorities in enforcing regulatory and discipline, seeing that their children prepare their lessons and take helpful interest in all activities of the school.
  17. Parents are particularly requested and expected to go through the student's diary daily and regularly.
  18. Parents and Guardians are recommended to call at the principal's office at least once a month even after the Parent's Teacher's meeting to ascertain from the teacher about the conduct and progress of the student under their charge.
  19. It is compulsory for the parents to attend every Parent's Teacher's meeting. Local guardians and tutors will not be entertained.
  20. Parents should not dictate to the management in anyway. The management has every right to lay down conditions for admission, promotion or detention of the pupils.
  21. No pupil will be allowed to remain absent from games and physical activities without a written note from a doctor of the district hospital and which is to be renewed every month.
  22. Criticism of a teacher should be avoided in the presence of the child because it undermines his/her respect for the teachers and the school. Should you have a legitimate complaint, please meet the principal.
  23. You are requested to pay special attention to the personal cleanliness of your child. Kindly see that child attends the school in proper prescribed uniform. As the medium of instruction in this school is English, children should be helped to follow their classes easily and intelligently by a certain amount of regular English conversations at home.
  24. Children should not be helped in their work by parents or by tutors unless they really need it. It is important that the children develop a habit of studying and working on their own.
  25. The school desires to have your cooperation and close contact with the teachers of your children in order to develop an atmosphere that is conducive to better a more effective education.

Withdrawals

  1. One month's notice must be given from the day of submitting the application for withdrawal to the school office before a student is withdrawn from school. Full fee must be paid in lieu of one month's notice. Students absent for a longer period and applying for TC will be charged full fee up to the day of submitting the TC application form plus one month's notice or one month's full fee as the case may be.
  2. Depositing the fee does not entitle the child to be on the nominal roll/scholar's register of the school.
  3. Name of the fee defaulter may be struck off the nominal roll of the school after the 10th of the following month.
  4. Re-admission cases may be considered only if vacancy exists, re-admission fee will be calculated at the time of re-admission.
